DECLARATION, CLAIMS AND PROCEDURES.

Insanity Remains Webzine (IRW) practice "Fair Use" in accordance with the Copyright office, stipulated at: www.copyright.gov, we strongly encourage our collaborators and audience to refrain from such activities in our website; Also, IRW follows a general policy towards claims of infringement with respect to intellectual property owned or controlled by third parties in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

IRW will take immediate actions to block and/or removed any content reported to IRW or it believes in good faith to be the intellectual property of a third party (copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.) that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers or users in our website.

If you believe that material or content published through our website site or service infringes an intellectual property right that you own or control, please send a notice of claimed infringement containing the following information to us. Please note that you will be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you materially misrepresent that content or an activity is infringing your copyrights claim.

  • Indicated Infringement claim, Copyright, please specify category (audio, artwork), Trademark, please specify status (registered, unregistered);
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and that the complaining party is the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed, or agent for the owner.
As IRW policy, rest assure that we will remove all alleged infringed content from our website; Please be aware that a copy of your legal notice will be forwarded to the party responsible for providing the alleged infringed content in our website, as well as we will requiring the same information, as the original complaining party provided, if a counter-notice is received by the designated agent, we will forward the counter-notice to the original complaining party, to act accordingly or seek legal advice, after this procedure we will reinstall all the alleged infringed content within ten days, unless we get a court restriction indicating otherwise.
